DAY 2: Your “WHY” Matters More Than Workouts

Finding the reason that keeps you going

What’s up everybody,

Before we get deep into workouts or meal plans, there’s something more important you need to lock in first: your why.

Most people quit because they never figure out the real reason they want to change. Motivation fades. Life gets busy. Your “why” is what keeps you going when that happens.

Ask yourself today:

Why do you actually want this?

  • To feel confident again?

  • To have more energy?

  • To improve your health?

  • To break old habits?

  • To prove to yourself you can follow through?

Whatever it is, it has to matter to you.

Your assignment:

Write down your reason — one honest sentence.
Somewhere you’ll see it every day.

That’s the thing that will guide you when the excitement wears off.

Your why is the foundation.
