Day 20: Identity Change — Becoming the Person Who Shows Up
From “trying” to showing up consistently
Real change doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from changing how you see yourself.
Most people say, “I’m trying to get fit.”
That keeps fitness temporary.
The shift happens when it becomes:
“This is who I am.”
Actions Build Identity
You don’t wait to feel motivated.
You act — and confidence follows.
Every small action is a vote for your new identity:
You train → you’re someone who trains
You move daily → you’re someone who shows up
You plan ahead → you respect yourself
Standards Over Goals
Goals end.
Standards stay.
Instead of “I want results,” think:
“I’m someone who moves.”
“I’m someone who doesn’t quit.”
Today’s Focus
Ask:
“What would the version of me I’m becoming do today?”
Then do that — even if it’s small.
