DAY 27: BUILDING A MORNING ROUTINE THAT WORKS

5-minute wins for busy people who value results

I personally love mornings. They set the mood for my entire day. My morning routine isn’t about doing more — it’s about showing up for myself before the world starts asking for my time.

Whether you’re building a career, running a business, or managing a full schedule, your fitness routine has to respect your time to last.

Here’s a simple 5-minute morning framework that works for high performers and beginners:

1. Move (2 minutes)

Light movement to wake your body up:

  • Squats

  • Push-ups

  • Mobility or stretching

This isn’t about burning calories. It’s about signaling consistency.

2. Hydrate + breathe (1 minute)

Water first.
A few slow breaths to reduce stress and sharpen focus.

3. Set one health intention (1 minute)

Ask yourself:
“What’s one action today that supports my health?”

Clarity beats willpower.

4. Remove friction (1 minute)

Prep your clothes.
Confirm your training.
Make the right choice the easy choice.

This routine isn’t meant to impress — it’s meant to compound.

If you want a system built around your lifestyle, goals, and schedule, my 1-on-1 online coaching provides structure, accountability, and clarity — without wasting your time.
