DAY 3: The 10-Minute Rule

How to build consistency without the pressure

Happy Hump Day! It’s Wednesday, everybody.

Today I want to give you something that takes the pressure off and makes consistency way easier—the thing that stops most people from quitting before they even start.

It’s called The 10-Minute Rule.

If you’re tired, busy, stressed, or just not feeling it…
commit to 10 minutes.

Not 45.
Not an hour.
Just 10.

Why it works

Most people skip workouts because the idea of a “full session” feels too big.
But 10 minutes? Your brain doesn’t resist that.

And once you start, you usually keep going anyway.
But even if you don’t, you still win—because you showed up.

Consistency is built through showing up, not perfection.

What 10 minutes can look like:

  • A quick walk

  • Bodyweight movements

  • Stretching or mobility

  • Shadowboxing

  • A simple beginner routine

It all counts.

Today’s focus

When you hear that voice saying you’re too tired or too busy, answer with:

“I’ll do 10 minutes.”

That’s it.
That’s the habit.
That’s what builds momentum.

Keep stacking these small wins.
