DAY 5: Beginner Workout Blueprint

3 simple exercises anyone can start with

Happy Friday Diamante Family!

Today I want to give you a workout that removes all excuses.

You don’t need a gym.
You don’t need equipment.
You don’t need experience.

Just three movements that build strength, confidence, and a real foundation — for men and women, beginners of all levels.

Let’s keep it simple.

Strengthens your legs, glutes, and core.
Go slow, keep your chest up, and sit back like you’re sitting into a chair.

Goal: 15–20 reps

Builds your chest, shoulders, arms, and core.
If a standard push-up is tough, do it on your knees or against a counter/wall. Same benefits.

Goal: 5–10 reps

One of the best core exercises for beginners.
Focus on bracing your abs and keeping your hips steady.

Goal: 20–30 seconds

How to use this routine

Do 3 rounds:

  • 10–15 squats

  • 6–12 push-ups (any variation)

  • 20–30 sec plank

Your move today

Do one round.

If you feel good, repeat it.

See you tomorrow.
