If You’re Just Starting
Built, Not Rushed
If you’re just getting started with fitness, let me simplify a few things for you.
Fitness gets loud. Everyone has an opinion, a plan, a rule you’re supposed to follow. When you’re new, that can make you feel like you’re already behind.
You’re not.
Here are three things I wish more people understood when they start.
1. You don’t need to go all in. You need to show up.
You don’t need six workouts a week.
You don’t need to destroy yourself every session.
What matters most is consistency.
Three to four workouts a week, done consistently, will take you further than an intense plan you can’t stick to. Start with what fits your life right now. Build from there.
Showing up beats going hard once and disappearing.
2. Food doesn’t have to be perfect to work.
This was always my biggest struggle.
You don’t need a perfect diet. You don’t need to cut everything you enjoy. You need awareness.
Eat mostly whole foods.
Get enough protein.
Pay attention to portions.
Enjoy your food. Just be honest about it. Progress comes from balance, not restriction.
3. This takes time. And that’s normal.
Your body won’t change overnight.
Some weeks you’ll feel strong and motivated. Some weeks you won’t. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human.
Results come from staying consistent through the boring weeks, the slow weeks, and the weeks where motivation is low.
If you’re starting out, remember this:
You’re not behind.
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just at the beginning.
Diamante Training is about building something sustainable. A strong body, a strong mindset, and habits that actually last.
