The Truth About Starting Your Fitness Journey

It wasn’t motivation.
I didn’t suddenly get disciplined.
I didn’t figure it all out.

I just started doing something every day.

Some days it was a workout.
Some days it was a walk.
Some days it was just not making things worse.

Eat a little better.
Go to bed earlier.
Get back on track instead of saying “I’ll start Monday.”

The more I showed up, the easier it got.
And once it got easier, I showed up more.

That’s the part no one really tells you.

Progress didn’t come from big changes.
It came from small things done again and again until they felt normal.

No hype.
No extremes.
Just not quitting on myself.
