The Weekend Is Where Most Progress Is Lost
Most people are consistent Monday through Thursday.
Then Friday hits.
Late nights.
Eating out.
Drinks.
“No tracking.”
“I’ll restart Monday.”
And the calorie deficit you built all week? Gone.
It’s not one meal that hurts you.
It’s two days of no structure.
You don’t need to be perfect on weekends.
You need guardrails.
Decide ahead of time:
How many meals out?
Are you training?
Are you roughly staying near calories?
Are you hitting protein?
Go enjoy your life.
Just don’t turn two days into a free for all.
If you win your weekends, your progress speeds up.
Simple as that.
