Why starting sooner makes summer easier
If you want to be in shape for summer, it’s always better to start earlier rather than later. Starting now gives you room to figure out what actually works for you — your body, your schedule, your habits.
You can ease into a calorie deficit, build strength at a pace you can stick with, and adjust when life inevitably gets busy. Waiting usually means doing too much too fast… and burning out. Start early, and you set yourself up for consistency, results, and confidence that lasts.
