Why Are You Really Doing This?
Before the Workout, Find Your WHY 💎
Too many people start a fitness journey with a vague goal like "I just want to lose weight" or "I need to get in shape."
But that’s not enough.
If you don’t have a clear “why,” it’s easy to fall off track the moment life gets hard.
So ask yourself:
👉 Why do you want to be healthier?
👉 What’s really pushing you to show up?
Maybe it’s about more than just the mirror.
Maybe it’s about:
💪 Feeling confident enough to take your shirt off at the beach
❤️ Having the energy to play with your kids or show up for your family fully present
🧠 Managing your stress, anxiety, or emotions without needing to escape through food or bad habits
🛡️ Breaking a cycle—so your health doesn’t get handed off to luck or genetics
Whatever it is, your "why" is your anchor. It’s what keeps you consistent when motivation disappears.

So this week, I want you to take 5 minutes and answer this:
“What do I truly want out of this fitness journey—and why does it matter to me?”
Write it down. Save it. Revisit it.
