Some weeks you’ll feel locked in.
Other weeks, you’ll fall off.

You’ll miss workouts.
You’ll restart.
You’ll realize what you tried doesn’t fit your life anymore, so you adjust and try something new.

That doesn’t mean it’s not working.
It means you’re learning what actually works for you.

Progress is built by coming back, not by being perfect.
